  Arsh was so friendly and nice I noticed she was like a one man army doing everything herself I felt so bad I’ve worked in service for many years and this location was BUSSSSYYYYY i know what it feels like! She deserves a raise

  Disgusting service. I want to chipotle yesterday for lunch. The girls working there were very rude. They don’t know the definition of customer service. They didn’t even gave me a second to choose my protein and vegetables. I never had that kind of experience in food industry. They should have to gave customers some time to think about their topping.

  The chicken was burnt and the employee was in such a rush even though there was no one in the line beside me . I wanted to add a sauce and before i could even say it she closed the box and i said oh ohkay , i can have it on the side . She charged me extra for the sauce . I thought i was being nice but okayy.

  We have been coming to this location regularly for almost three years, and we usually order the veggie bowl. Over time, we have noticed that the staff have become increasingly reluctant to add extra rice or beans when requested. I understand that there may be certain portion guidelines, but if there is already one scoop of rice in a bowl, adding one more scoop does not make the bowl overflow. What was particularly disappointing was being told, “We are not allowed to do that.” This is not just my experience. We have heard the same concern from others we know who regularly visit this location. After being loyal customers for almost three years, it is disappointing to feel like something as simple as an extra scoop of rice or beans has become such an issue. Hopefully, management can look into this and provide clearer and more consistent guidelines for both customers and staff.

  The service here is awful, the assembly line is a mess, food everywhere. Cross contamination between ingredients, if the restaurant looks this bad and unclean in front of customers imagine how bad it is behind the scenes. A health inspector should come and shut this location down. The workers slap the bowl together horribly then charge you $50, not to mention they barely give you any ingredients, they tried to only give my mom 1 small scoop of rice for her entire bowl, she basically received child sized portions . On top of that the staff are so rude and un-organization, they don’t listen to anything you say.
