  Food wasn’t fresh, service was sub par, to top it off the restaurant was very dirty, bathroom was disgusting, the pop machine was leaking leaving puddles everywhere, zero clean tables, the leather stools available were torn and ripped. Will not be back.

  The chicken burrito was not edible. I asked for extra lettuce. There was about 15 pieces on the bottom of the burrito. It was just beans rice and hot sauce. No lettuce! No chicken! This was a total failure. I’ve not complained in the past about items being clumped together in the burrito instead of being laid out. Missing ingredients, wrong ingredients. This place has gone downhill, it explains why they aren’t busy anymore. I won’t go back again.

  Stolen water bottle: Lost my water bottle and called the front desk, asked them and they confirmed that they had it, I asked them to label it and also add that I would be there tommorow to pick it up. Came in the next day and they told me they didn't have it at all. So dumb, employees who lie and steal your stuff

  Only one employee was working the serving line during a very busy rush, with the lineup stretching to the door. The wait was unnecessarily long, while other team members appeared to be chatting with each other instead of helping serve customers. The lack of urgency and poor staffing made for a frustrating experience.

  This was the third time I visited this location while I was in the area shopping for other things. Unfortunately, third time was not the charm… I walked out of the store today and I will not be returning. Every time I have been there, there has been a lineup filling at least half of the store and today when I finally left, it was almost out the door and no one in line had moved in over 5 minutes. All three times I have seen multiple staff members gathered in a group of 3-5 standing around and chatting in the main seating area where people are supposed to be eating... except nobody can eat anything because there’s one person serving the food in the line and running the till while everybody else stands around and does absolutely nothing to help serve customers. The first two times that I managed to have the patience to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get to the front of the line, the food was fine so I don’t have any issues there, hence the 2 stars. However the speed of service and the optics of people working there but nobody actually working, made me rage quit today. Sadly this is the only location in Langley. I would advise anyone thinking about opening a franchise to do so in this city, you’ll easily convert a lot of unhappy customers from this location. And before your auto generated comment poster tells me to go to your contact page so you can help, I’ve already filled out the form.
