  I had a great experience at this Buy-Low location recently. A huge thank you to Diane at the checkout! I had a few questions and she was incredibly helpful, taking the time to provide me with the information I needed. It is rare to find such patient and friendly service, especially at the till. The store is well-organized, but it’s the staff like Diane who really make it a go-to spot in Langley. I'll definitely be back!

  I've been shopping at the Brookswood Buy Low since 2016, and I love it. It's got all the essentials, and 95% of the staff are kind, patient, and helpful, which is better than most places. Further, the staff did well during COVID, which was no one's best time. I'd far rather shop there, my local store, than some massive box store.

  When I went in and started shopping someone followed me to see what I was up to and when ringing in my newspaper the cashier pulled it apart to make sure there wasn’t something else in there. I did not feel welcome Guess I shouldn’t wear a trench coat?
