  Save-On-Foods on McCallum in Langford was an easy, well-stocked stop while we were on the Island. The store is bright and easy to move through, and I found what I needed without hunting. Staff were friendly, checkout was quick, and it felt like a regular neighbourhood grocery rather than a tourist trap. Solid, familiar, and exactly what you want when you just need food for the next stretch of the trip.

  Placed an online order and the flowers came up as out of stock. Phoned the store and spoke with Josh who went above and beyond putting the customer first. Not only did he find the flowers, but my order was out for delivery already, so he wrapped them and hand-delivered to the house! This is exceptional customer service at its best. Thank you Josh!

  I normally don’t write reviews like this but today I fell very uncomfortable about this location save on foods ,customer service counter I purchased 4 items as soon as I paid I noticed I paid with wrong card, asked them to if I can refund and repay with right card , first they say No I can’t return I didn’t understand why not their was saying is it’s very hard to refund , it’s over $20 so have to call manager etc make it very fussy about immediate refund?? And finally they return they keep say make sure right card , next time it’s no refund . Make me feel really uncomfortable . Is it really hard to refund here? Or it just me been there? I definitely Not going back for sure,
