This KFC has always been slow. Today we waited over 40 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches. Checked in at the half hour mark and asked if our food had been started, wanted a refund and to leave if it hadn’t. Staff said it had been started so we waited. Several minutes later, they realized they hadn’t stated our food. Instead of giving us the option to leave, they started the food anyways. No compensation offered. Ridiculously long wait for 2 sandwiches. Will never be coming to this KFC again.

honestly, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely awesome, but what truly made the evening special was the hospitality and personal attention from the entire team. A special thank you to Manager Partha, who was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help us choose the best food options and make sure everything was perfect. His service and genuine care really stood out. The food, atmosphere, hospitality, and attention to detail were all fantastic. KFC is definitely one of our favorite places for family gatherings, celebrations, and parties. Thank you to the entire KFC team ! 🙌❤️ Highly recommended — 5 stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the best location in Western Canada. Always friendly and smiling! The food is hot and fresh every time. Harbeejan ( probably spelling this wrong) is cool under pressure and very welcoming. We went in Labour Day. It was very busy and there were just a few workers. Great team, staying positive and obviously working hard. Extra points the dining room is so clean here! Thanks guys.
