  Absolutely loved my experience at KFC! 🍗 The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, with great taste and generous portions. The service was excellent as well—friendly, professional, and quick. Everything was prepared perfectly, and the staff made the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely a great place for a satisfying meal.

  Absolutely could use some customer service skills. 4 employees walking in circles...talking and acting confused 😕 not the employees fault....Management's fault. From entering to receiving order was 28 minutes. Unacceptable for a fast food chain. One lady waited 35 minutes! And very few customers. Tables were filthy dirty, all of them. Owner should be ashamed.....

  Very disappointing takeout experience I ordered a 10-piece family meal for takeout. Before I even left the parking lot, I noticed that the salads were less than half full, so I went back to the counter to ask about them. The manager refused to assist me, saying he had other orders to fill. I was left standing at the counter for approximately 20 minutes while he continued serving drive-thru customers and repeatedly ignored my requests for assistance. During this time, a friend of his came into the restaurant and went into the back area. Although he does not work there he acknowledged me and even told the manager to serve me. Despite that, I was still ignored. When the manager finally came back I asked why the salads were not properly filled. He told me they were filled by weight. I asked what the weight was but instead of answering he became argumentative and said he had never told me they were sold by weight. After all this, he finally filled the salads, but did so very reluctantly and begrudgingly. What should have been a simple question about the portion turned into a 20-minute wait, repeated requests for assistance and an unnecessary argument. The food may be one thing, but the customer service and the way this situation was handled were extremely disappointing. I would not return based on this experience.

  Stopped in for a quick dinner tonight and what a dissapointment! No one issue, but every thing was screwed up. Ordered in the drive through and was told it would be 5-6 minute wait.. fine, was given my drink and was told to park. I did, opened the drink and the glass was just over 1/2 full. A little over ten minutes later my food shows up. Showed the guy the drink and sort of shrugs his shoulders and says " sorry" and leaves. I open the food box and the chip were a very empty bag and the dozen or so chips in it were stone cold. I got the guys attention and showed him the chips.. he said nothing to me but a shrug, but through his headset ask the litchen to put some fresh chips on and walks away.. I try the chicken and 3 of the 4 pieces were also stone cold with one hot and fresh. I ordered 2 thighs and two legs, I got a hot thigh and two legs and a wing..all cold. Waited about 5 minutes and no fresh chips showed up.. The cole slaw was dry crusty around the top..didn't eat it! I left..I would bet they put the legs, wings, and chips and salad in the box while they waited for the rest to cook...A complete screw up..they obviously don't care whatsoever about what they are doing or serving...

  The KFC in ladysmith is a JOKE!!! Got there at 935 n even though they are supposed to close at 10. They wouldn’t answer at the order box or the pick up window they just played a recording saying they were closed!! Will NOT be going back there EVER!!!
