- MTMike TysonMay 12, 20261.0I had surgery today and had to starve myself for 24hr. I was told to stay away from beef but chicken was ok. First thing I did was go to dq for two chicken burger meals but everything was sold separate so it cost more and I didn't notice until after I left. I got two chicken burgers fries onion rings and two drinks. I got to my hotel only to find very pink burgers my friend called and I was offered a refund but only if I come before 11pm because tomorrow crew wouldn't know my name or number or the situation and that was a problem because I was tired worn out and just had surgery and I mentioned that. So I got two raw bergers for a total of 21$ wasted. Great customer service force somebody that just had surgery to come in now or no refund đź‘Ž
- NHNicole HApr 11, 20262.0Upon entering my son fell flat on his face from the floor being so slippery. I had to take a caution sign and place it on the area as it was so slippery. I let the employee know my son fell and its very slippery, he proceeded to laugh and say yea its really slippery. Onion rings were very undercooked, they seemed quite understaffed. Washroom was terrible, sink clogged, water almost non existent to wash hands. Very disappointing unfortunately.

When we asked for the manager the same server came back and told us she was acting manager then refused us service. We called head office Very disappointing!
