  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I’ve shopped at this Save On Foods location many times over the years, and unfortunately the customer service seems to be going downhill. This experience was just one example of that. We purchased paper bags from the store and politely asked the cashier to bag our groceries. This has never been an issue before, and many other cashiers at this location have scanned and bagged our groceries at the same time without any problem. This cashier refused and told us he “can’t do two things at once,” which made very little sense given that we’ve seen it done countless times by other employees. Rather than trying to help, he came across as dismissive and gave us an attitude when we asked. I understand that every employee works differently, but the interaction left us feeling like providing basic customer service was an inconvenience. It’s disappointing to see the level of service slipping at a store we’ve supported for years. I hope management takes customer service more seriously because experiences like this make it harder to choose this store over other grocery options.

  I absolutely love coming to this store for one of the cashiers who works there. Shes an absolute gem. Shes so funny and makes our day every time we get the pleasure to have her, we will literally wait in a longer line at her till just so we can have her ring us through. I believe her name is Chelsea. Shes so funny and friendly. She is super quick at scanning everything and makes the overall experience so pleasant. She asks about our day, tells us a relatable bit about hers if she has one. Interacts with my kids in such a great way, and sometimes even asks us about ingredients shes never tried and what we use it for. Shes also given us cooking tips and suggestions as well. She does her best to assist us in any way she can. Once offering a customer carry out so I could push my grandmother's wheel chair. Whenever I pop in to shop with someone i always rave about her to whoever I am with so they get a delightful interaction with her as well. She is the customer experience every person should get!

  I wanted to take the time to write a positive review for one of your workers named Robin. She is always so helpful and friendly whenever I come to shop at your location. I live out of town in Wasa so I don’t come into town often to buy my groceries. When I do though, I am usually served at the self checkout by Robin. Her light demeanour and friendly personality are a pleasure to be around. She has great customer service and I look for her when I need help at the til. I hope she gets the credit and celebration she deserves. Thank you Robin!

  One of your cashiers informed me that you sell lottery but dont have a checker, I must go to a convenience store...I said thats not convenient... She said we are not here for your convienence.... Interesting comment Also store bakery was bare on a Friday evening at 551....kinda shocked
