  Had it once, greatest sub of all time. You'd think a sub can't be different because you make your own, but this place makes it fantastic. The service quality is unmatched, everything was fresh. The top go-to spot from now on.

  Ordered online and got a “ready” notification at 12:25 PM, but when I arrived at 12:35, my order hadn’t even been started. Had to wait in line behind walk-ins, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The sandwich was rushed—undercooked bread, poorly heated filling, and uneven sauces. Quality was disappointing. Tried to give feedback (not asking for compensation), but the staff was dismissive and uninterested. I work nearby and used to come here often, but won’t be returning after this experience.

  App to order doesnt work ever. Today says no sandwiches are available. Last week wouldnt process the order.

  Today I bought a bacon and egg sub. The staff member who made it mauled the eggs with her fingers, as opposed to cutting the eggs with a knife as they typically do. Watching my food get pulled apart with her hands was not within my interests. I should have been more alarmed by her face of disgust upon seeing egg-slime covering her gloves. She also dropped 1/3 of the egg onto the floor and did not replace it. I asked for extra lettuce, and did not receive it. I ate the sub when I got home, and found out that the egg was incredibly slimy. This consistency made the sub very unappetizing-which is extra disappointing given I purchased a footlong so I could have some for another meal. This was a waste of money.
