  Had an amazing experience at Subway! The staff was very polite and the service was super fast. My sandwich was fresh, perfectly made, and tasted delicious. Gurleen was very friendly, Will definitely visit again

  I went to Subway last week and saw Navjeet. She's always smiling and has such a positive attitude. Her customer service is top-notch, making the whole experience that much better!

  This place is my favourite, staff is very helpful especially arsh and navjit. I went there yesterday and my food was fresh with proper spread of condiments. Definitely going back .

  Sad to leave this review because this location used to have great service and food. Today, the staff seemed more focused on chatting than helping customers. When my sandwich was being made, the employee put the sauce directly on the bread first, which makes it soggy. I politely asked if the ingredients could go on before the sauce instead, and she seemed annoyed by the request. What really bothered me was after finishing my simple 6-inch order, instead of quickly cashing me out, she started helping a whole family behind me first, making me wait for no reason. I ended up leaving without the sandwich. Hopefully service improves because this place used to be much better.

  I visited the Orchard park Subway as they always had good food and service. On this visit I met and said hello to Namisa working behind the counter. Right off the bat her deminer was as if I was intruding on her day. I watched as she finished up helping the patron in front of me, the hap hazzardly threw his sandwich together and rolled it up like a wet newspaper. She then proceeded to throw my sandwich together with the finesse of the top indian street food provider, no care or concern as to the quality she was providing. Just a mess and, rolled it up like a wet newspaper. The cashier was friendly and smiled. I do not recommend this Subway to anyone. A message to the Orchard park Subway owner, hire better employees, have some quality control. You have lost my business, I will never order from here again.
