  I ordered a pizza sub online as online is made for it to be quicker. I got there at the time it said it would be ready and it took and extra 20 minutes. When I got my food it was cold and had hardly any cheese on it. I he my food toasted so it’s warm not so it’s freezing cold when I get to eat it

  I have removed my previous five star review due to the rudeness I received today. First of all, we are regular customers. Today we went for a late lunch and both ordered our foot-long’s as usual. We both finished her sandwiches and of course I needed to use the washroom. I asked if the door was unlocked and they said no it was closed. I asked if she could unlock it. She said no it’s closed. Is it even legal for a restaurant to be open if they aren’t going to open the washroom for the customers? We were in some random people walking off the street just to use the washroom. We are regular paying customers. Not something I necessarily want to share, but I do suffer from IBS and usually do have to go to the washroom after I eat. Not here you can’t. I will never go back again. I repeat. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!! I can’t imagine if somebody wasn’t feeling well. A small child had to go to the bathroom. Unacceptable. Actually, I should report this to the city and health department.

  Good food on par with other Subways. Great service and they worked quickly. Minor complaints about the condition of the bathroom (dryer didn't work).

  The two young ladies were rude and didn’t listen to the order resulting in wasted veg. The young gentleman however was kind, polite and understood that the customers standing in front of him were slightly more important the skip times that can wait. If your skip is that busy add staff to accommodate just that and don’t forget about those coming into the store. Gave them another chance today and walked out without being served after 5 min. Hire more staff or your gonna loose more business. And yes I’ve worked at subway before it’s not rocket science.
