  Purchased ground beef that was set to expire on the 12th. On the 8th the meet was rotten, slimey, and moldy, all the way through. Took photos of the meat, the packaging, and had the recent purchase in my Save-On account. Was told by the customer service agent at the desk that she did not believe me and that she needed the moldy, slimey, frankly disgusting, meat back in order to do anything about it. At the end of the day it was $10, but the desk agent was plain rude. Will not be back.

  I had a bad spill on my knee scooter today and want to not only thank the two strangers who helped me back up, but also the very caring staff at Save On! My son and I have been going there for over 20 years and always love everything about the store. <3

  I shop here every second day, whether it's for milk, or daily needs but I always buy a Chef's salad from the deli area. I've noticed the portion sizes getting smaller by the week. Tonight my salad consisted of 3 cucumbers a ton of cheese a handful of lettuce and barely any chicken or ham. Super disappointing.

  I don't shop there often, but today I went in and had a great experience. When I was struggling to reach milk on the top shelf, a staffer jumped in and offered assistance. He got my milk, (with the longest possible date code) and asked if I needed anything else. At the cashier, when I tried to bag my own groceries, the young fellow insisted on doing the bagging, saw my arthritic hands and asked if he should be careful about how much weight was in one bag...... Awesome, personalized and considerate customer service. Well done!!
