Their prices for Mums have gone up... and they've reduced the amount of stems you get in a bunch. They use to sell each bunch with an average of 7 stems. They've gone down to 5 stems. The bouquet doesn't fill out a vase nicely (my vase is on the smaller size) See first picture how sparse the flowers look (5 stems)... VS last years thick bunches (7 stems) I've complained multiple times to staff. I spoke with the person in the flower department too, they said we just put out what they send to us. Nobody seems to care. I don't plan to buy these here anymore because save on is not thinking about the customer experience in this department, none of their staff has cared to pass the message on either.
