This location has a serious problem with cheapness and it is painfully obvious on every order. This is not only happening on 50% Off Mondays. Even regular full price orders arrive with noticeably fewer toppings than what customers are paying for. Then on Mondays, it gets even worse. A large pizza with multiple paid toppings should not look like scraps were thrown on it as a favor. At this point, it feels completely intentional. Nobody accidentally under-tops pizzas this consistently. I worked at PAR, the company that built Papa Johns’ operations system, so I already know how the food cost and margin systems work. The system already accounts for margins and portion control. Saving a few pieces of pepperoni or vegetables is not increasing profits in any meaningful way. It is just making the store look desperate and badly managed. What you are doing is not smart business. It is lazy short-term thinking from people who clearly do not understand customer retention. Customers notice immediately when pizzas are made cheaply. The nearby Domino’s is more consistent, more generous with toppings, and honestly doing a far better job right now. That should be embarrassing for this location. People are paying for toppings and receiving the bare minimum possible. It makes the entire store look dishonest. If ownership or management thinks customers cannot tell the difference, they are fooling themselves. You are losing repeat customers over pennies worth of ingredients. That is unbelievably stupid for a business that depends on volume and returning customers. I will give this location one final chance next Monday. If the same thing happens again, I will start posting photos and detailed reviews publicly in local rant and rave groups and community pages so people can see exactly how this store operates.

Just a terrible place to get a pizza. Even at 50% it was still not worth it. Barely any cheese or toppings, on a "specialty pizza." Gimme a break

Ordered online and requested an ingredient to be removed, called and spoke to an employee who instantly started arguing with me. She kept cutting me off and wouldn’t even let me talk. She ended up hanging up when all I was requesting was a remake.
