The steak was very dry, and the greens like lettuce and cilantro didn’t look fresh, so I didn’t feel comfortable adding them. The pico de gallo seemed okay, but still not as fresh as I would expect. Not the experience I was hoping for, and I’m not sure I’ll be coming back.

Was told to wait while they served customers already in line, new customers kept coming in and they kept taking their orders instead of making mine. After about 25 minutes, i get called by the cashier and she didn’t have the basic courtesy to apologize or even acknowledge the delay. I still said “thank you” and she didn’t even wanna respond. Having worked in customer service myself, that’s absolutely not how you treat your customers. I wasn’t even hungry anymore by the time i left my store. Definitely not returning to this location ever.
