I was looking forward to have chips and queso and immediately saw uncovered buckets of chips on the dirty floor covered in garbage and a disgustingly dirty garbage can- all within plain sight of ordering. I don’t even want to know what the back looks like or how the rest of the food is stored. I still ordered the chips to see where they took them from (in case these were meant for the garbage somehow) and the employee dug into this bin and filled the bag.. horrendous and embarrassing food safe practices. Will never go back to this location.

When i came to pick up the order the staff PREETI not only gave me my order but also made me fresh bowl. This was a very nice gesture from the staff which is rare these days. Thank you

It's a 4 burrito order so I have to confirm with people, after confirmation I come back in and say yes I'll do that. They are are side eyeing each other and say to me there's another location. It's like 20 minutes away, I'll just grab them here. The look of disappointment on their faces. It's 100% clear they do not want to work there. No way I'm ordering food from a place where ordering is like pulling teeth. Never coming back to this location.
