  Jay was so good. He was so happy with customers. Its hard to work in fast pace environment but he was keeping smile on his face all the time. We just left right now and thought to write something for his efforts

  Purchased a muffin this morning that is so hard it would break a tooth if i tried to bite it. Really? How many days old is this? So gross. 1555 Banks Rd, Kelowna, BC V1X 7Y8 Video going on google!

  In 7 years this is the only Mcd i have seen with terrible customer service almost every visit. Some people are really nice and quick but some should be taught what customer service is. I shouldn’t be waiting for a coffee for 10 mins while store isn’t even busy and if i opt for table service so that tells itself what it means. Sorry I don’t like complaining but left with no choice
