  To the owner: The staff were rude and inconsiderate, and the wait times were unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. Customers deserve basic respect and timely service. Management needs to take these concerns seriously and address both staff conduct and service delays.

  They need to extend there hours if possible for the weeeknds like near by places that sell chicken. Just an idea maybe

  I ordered the Deluxe Famous Burger from KFC, which is supposed to include tomato, cheese, pickles, and lettuce. However, I received a burger that only had pickles and lettuce. This is incredibly disappointing, especially considering the price of $15.99. When I called to address the issue, the response I received was rude, and I was told to come back tomorrow for a replacement. This lack of respect and poor service only adds to my frustration. I hope KFC can address this issue to ensure other customers have a better experience.

  Every single time I have gone to this location it takes them 10-12 minutes to make a single chicken sandwich. Today before my break came i decided to order it on the app so it would be ready to grab and go. That did not happen. I got there, waited 7 minutes only for them to make the wrong burger. They remake it for me, which takes another 5 minutes. I take it back to work to hopefully get a bite in before my break ends. Open it up and they didnt even put the cheetos on the cheeto burger. I return again and they tell me it will take 4-5 minutes to remake. 12 minutes later my burger is done and this is what I get. 3 cheetos and a cold stiff bun. The other picture is the first burger I got with nothing on it at all. When I asked, the cashier said they're "only allowed to put 3 or 4 on the burger" Ok well I got 1 and a half. Thanks.

  The lobby was absolutely disgusting, sticky unclean floors and the entire place smelled so badly of a sewage leak it made us nauseous. We waited 40 whole minutes for a chicken sandwich before someone finally acknowledged us. I usually don’t write reviews but this was uniquely terrible. I can only imagine how disgusting their kitchen is. Please do not come here, go to a better chicken place or at least a different KFC location.
