  This was truly the worst and most unhygienic food I have ever bought. I am a cook myself, and I know that frying oil should only be used a limited number of times—three times at most. However, the oil used for the chicken I bought had clearly been used at least ten times; it had turned black like car engine oil, staining the chicken black, and the fries were completely stale. Now I understand why the shop is empty and the ratings are so low. I just hope we don't get sick.

  Today I got a sandwich from them and the gurl named Tulip at the drive thru window was wonderful, great service and had a great experience!!

  Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I found a bug inside my sandwich while eating it, and I also noticed many flies inside the store. When I reported it, the front-desk employee, who told me she was the manager, was angry and rude during the interaction. I also heard her say on the phone, “It’s not my fault.” I was then told to go through the long drive-thru line for my refund. I asked for the incident to be documented, but my concern was not handled in a way I felt was appropriate. Finding a bug in prepared food is a serious concern. I expected the situation to be handled professionally and respectfully.

  Hadn’t ate here in a while and was reminded very quickly why. Started ordering and was interrupted part way through saying she would be right back. After waiting 5 minutes I started saying hello thinking I’d miss heard her…. She came back on and asked me to keep waiting. Couple minutes later came back on and acted like I was a new order…. Finally figured it out and had me finish ordering at window. Got the food and sadly it was terrible. Flavourless gravy and soggy fries. I mean my kid liked the popcorn chicken so I guess there’s that… won’t be back.

  Lazy worker couldn't greet us at intercom drive to the window waited 10 minutes for her to take our order which we were told it would be 10 minutes after waiting 25 we called to a worker in the parking lot and he was not aware of our order she was on break and didn't bother telling anyone
