  Absolutely unacceptable experience at this location today. I went through the drive through and ordered a Blizzard with half cookie dough and half Skor, something I’ve ordered for years at other Dairy Queen locations with no issue. Every single Dairy Queen I’ve been to has been able to make this, and I was even happy to pay extra, but it wasn’t even given as an option. The employee, Darshan, flat out said no with zero explanation. When I asked for clarification, I was met with the same blunt response. It didn’t stop there, I asked to speak with a manager and was told he was the manager, yet he refused to provide his name or make any effort to resolve the situation. I only obtained his name after refusing to leave the drive through until someone provided it. The store was not busy, so there was no reason for this level of poor service and attitude. This wasn’t just about the order, it was the complete lack of basic customer service, communication, and respect. A simple explanation or even a polite response would have gone a long way, but instead I was met with dismissiveness and refusal to help. If this is how this location is being managed, it’s no surprise there are already so many negative reviews.   This Dairy Queen is one of the Best ones I've ever been too. The service was great and the food was incredible. Great job guys! I highly recommend this restaurant!!!!!

  I had such a disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen. I ordered a 4pc chicken finger meal through Uber Eats. After eating some of them, I noticed that one was completely raw after taking a bite of it. This completely violates basic food safety. Upon looking at other reviews, I found that this problem is not unique to me. This is completely unacceptable. I feel nauseous just thinking about it.

  I got a couple burger combos for the family at 5 o clock at drive through. All the burger patties were dry and barely warm. The onion rings were also luke warm and tasted stale as well. The only thing fresh and hot were the fries. This did not live up to the expectation that Dairy Queen gives for good food. Avoid this location.

  Waited 20 minutes to be served. When placing the employee did not speak any English and was irritated that I was trying to order food at 2pm on a Tuesday. When I received my food my burger was completely stale and hard. There was no sauces on my burger either. The new hires are pathetic
