  The level of service has gone done 1000%. Only one person working!!! that's making food taking order. Just 4 years ago there were multiple people working and always had a smile. The one person working was so slow 🐌 I've seen 90 year old moving faster. I gave up and walked out.

  ⭐️ I must say, I’m getting very disappointed in the last couple of years and the quality of not just this establishment of Dairy Queen, but also KFC, Dairy Queen, , etc. “We Kelowna folk are used to better quality fast food” here in Kelowna. I ordered a hamburger combo at the Pandosy outlet. The gravy came not even hot, it was coagulated, chunky, dark bit scraped from the corner of the pots and lighter stuff that was less lumpier, but nothing smooth that you could dip your fry in it was disgusting. I went into the guy and I said to him listen buddy I want some new gravy that’s fresh and some fries redone. He does, and the girl says to me, oh he is new., I said I don’t care if he’s new. He needs to be trained. You don’t scrape the corner of the pot to get the last 2 ounces of gravy to sell two people to make another fricking two dollars- seriously owners, get your crap together. It’s disgusting. You’ve got no good customers anymore. You’re getting less stars because you’re cutting corners to save money somewhere somehow. By scraping the corner of the pot. I am never going back to Dairy Queen at that outlet ever again. The girl says to me, oh, We’ll make you some fresh gravy”, lol Lady, that’s what we expect every time we get served is fresh everything and heated up and not cold or warm sitting around. We pay big dollars for this and people are cutting corners and if you don’t serve proper food, people are not gonna come to you they’re gonna stay home or find some better burger joint. She gave me a dilly bar for the inconvenience. However, I can’t be bought. OK owners you really enjoy cutting the corners and scraping the coagulated crap on the bottom of the pot. You called gravy to people. You should be ashamed.

  I have not been here in around 3 years , it was good back then. I will tell you now that it is filthy, the floors and the walls. I was waiting for my food and looked around above eye level and it was disgusting, Drips of moisture , food all over the wall. It has obviously never been cleaned in years. I went with a 6 pc chicken basket with plum sauce , my wife got the same but with ranch. My wife got so sick that night, she said it was from the ranch dipping sauce. We will never go back again. I might call the health authority. I would not be surprised if there are serious health concerns in this place.
