  I ordered two meals. Both drinks had ice to the lid. I didn't order drink with my ice. I ordered drinks. My jus less than half full, can barely dip my beef dip. If this is how Arby's operates now, it's the death of their business.

  Came in listening to rod wave on my air pods thinking i was on the top of the world, as i walked up to the counter i get a sudden wave of kindness A guy by the name of Joseph greeted me with love and respect, I ordered my meat Mountain with extra meat and low cheese and no sauce My day has never been better

You’re standing there, stomach growling, ready to sacrifice your sodium levels for the glory of a Roast Beef Classic, and the universe decides to slap a "Closed" sign in your face? On a Sunday? When the craving is at its peak? That’s not just bad timing; that’s a personal insult. ​The audacity of a fast-food joint—especially one whose entire brand identity is literally "WE HAVE THE MEATS"—to suddenly not have the meats when you are ready to descend upon them is staggering.   Clean Tables and AMAZING service. I’ve never in Kelowna been to a better serviced fast-food restaurant. Dane was one of the most social and professionally well spoken people I’ve ever met. Someone get that man a raise!

  Just a bit annoying that half of the restaurant seating is usually closed, and other half is somewhat dirty.
