  Absolutely terrible. Spent probably $60 for a meal for 4. Obviously brand new staff working the counter. Filled my drink about 3/4 up initially. Not a big deal, I would just refill it later. When I went to get it refilled, the new staff claimed they don't do it. Ridiculous, and you wonder why people consider your food and service garbage. I did reply to the new staff that you only filled my drink up part way in the first place, but she didn't understand. Never again.

  Ordered delivery through the Taco Bell app. Waited 3 hours and the order got cancelled and was never delivered. I never received a refund or my food and it’s been almost 2 weeks. I’ve contacted Taco Bell corporate and received no response. How are you still in business? Scammers

  Proper customer service no longer exists in the fast food industry. There’s a way to deal with customers during a busy rush and it isn’t by ignoring them. Spent about 30 minutes in total waiting and being ignored by drive through staff. There was no apology or acknowledgement of a long wait, other than once I’d finally been spoken to through the speaker, “I’ll be with you in two minutes.” I waited five before I said “hello,” and it was at least another minute or so, and three “hello’s” before I was acknowledged again. The employee at the window also didn’t apologize or acknowledge the wait either. Sometimes all it takes is an acknowledgment. Places get busy, and people can understand that. It’s a shame because I was really looking forward to it being back open but after my experience tonight I will not be returning.

  It’s 10:30 PM. Sure, they close in 30 minutes, but we’ve already been sitting in this drive-thru for over 20 minutes — that’s an entire episode of The Office. Something in the food service machine at this restaurant is seriously broken. Fast food shouldn’t feel like a custom-built engineering project every time someone orders dinner. But when a place tries to juggle 100+ items across a combined menu, “fast” apparently becomes more of a suggestion than a business model. At this point, the kitchen isn’t streamlining processes — it’s conducting a live experiment in operational chaos.

  Waited over 40 minutes to get to speak to someone at the window. An average 5-10+ minute wait per vehicle, not even acknowledged at the window for a minute and a half. In that minute, I saw 2 employees just standing around, one changing a garbage.. why aren't they helping or being directed to help the rush?? When the person at the window finally turned around and shoved a pinpad in my face, I told the lady I was not paying. I planned on not paying 2 cars from the window ago. To get told we're training, and that I should be patient. Patient? I have 7 years experience in this industry and no car should be at the window for longer than 2 minutes MAX. A drive thru is there for convenience, not a drive in. Absolutely ridiculous. It's all hands on deck for a rush, THEN change the damn garbage and socialize.
