  We walked in and there was nothing on the counter the guy working starts putting a bunch of raw bread on the counter instead of taking our order. The lady there tried to move some of tge bread to serve us and the guy snapped at he t to wait

  I don’t usually leave reviews. However this subway has become a liability. No understanding of a customers requirements, no communication and absolutely no customer service. I chose the salad box but asked for extra onions. The staff interpreted this as a sprinkle of 5 small slices of onions. I had to offer to pay for extra onions to get my message across. I have probably 50% of contents in the salad box of what is normally served. Same price but half the food. Absolutely shocked at the whole experience.

  Absolutely ridiculous experience here. Ordered online at 9:05 or so a few days ago, app says pickup time 930 (which is great because they close at 10 so shouldn’t be pushing it). Get there at 930 on the dot and the door is locked. Was thinking maybe there was an emergency or the worker had to use the bathroom but then I heard loud music inside so tried the door again and when that failed decided to call the store and he picked up right away and let me in. He had his music blasting while he was in the back. My sandwich, ordered now 30 minutes ago, wasn’t even started. Did this guy lock the door an hour early to jam out in the back? The only reason why I called is because I already paid for the thing online but how many people tried to come in and the door locked despite hours until 10 and the open sign on? Probably a good coaching opportunity to find out the reason why he did this and encourage him to stay unlocked until 10. He seemed nice enough and did a good job making the sandwich but the experience was a bit off putting.
