  Very refreshing to see a MacDonald's employing young and enthusiastic high school students. Unlike many MacDonald's and Tim Hortons in the Lower Mainland that employ Foreign Service Workers, it was nice to taste a chicken wrap that was prepared the way it's supposed to be. Moreover, it was refreshing to place my order without errors with a native English speaking born Canadian who fully understood my request. Finally it was great to see the teenage staff attentively cleaning the floors, tables and washrooms. Very glad that we stopped there for a bite as it felt like stepping back into a MacDonald restaurants that was common across Canada 15 years ago.

  There has been such a decline in service and food quality this last month. Past 3 days, orders has been wrong and staff have been very rude

  The staff is great. But the radio/music is always way too loud. Makes it difficult to hear conversations.

  No refills. Staff and food are good. But “no refills” reminds me that I had a bad experience here 5 years ago. I used to come here at least once per week because of work. One time when I asked for my receipt as usual, the staff at drive thru refused to give me. I couldn’t believe it. I asked again he said impatiently there’s no receipt for drive thru. I left considering there were people behind me. Then I complained on McDonald website with all the details of my order, time and the staff. A manager contacted me, said the staff is new and absolutely wrong, they will deal with it and get back to me soon. That was the end. Never heard back from the manager.
