  Have to say its the friendliest McDonalds I've been too in years and 1the manager was very polite and she have been there for years. She was doing a job fair the day we went.

  All McDonald’s in Kamloops are owned by the same owner yet somehow I can order what I want at every other location but get told “we can’t do that at this location” ?? You’re owned by the same person. Valleyview can do it, northshore can do it, Aberdeen can do it.

  Pretty petty how when I go inside to do a bigger order I don't even get a paper bag too take stuff away. Try to help drive thru out and be considerate but apparently this location doesn't like that. Top it off I get charged when I ask for a bag. I've never had to pay for paper bags at this or any McDonald's locations. Then I don't even get a straw for my combo drink when I asked for it and condiments. Excuse was per government legislation you have to ask even though I did. Seemed like front end staff just didn't want to do their job or provide customer service. Top it off assuming the older lady with glasses and grey/white hair was a manager and was extremely rude and confrontational. I've worked in fast food in my life, yah it sucks but when your rude to paying customers they tend to not want to come back to that location going forward or any locations that the franchise owns. Poor service, terrible attitudes, hence the one star rating. Also food was cold, fries soggy and cold, pop was entirely almost ice. Definitely not coming to this location anymore.

  The food was amazing like always and the service was quick and they let us use the bathroom right before closing
