Asked my husband to get our newborn a formula but he accidentally took the wrong one and asked him to return and get the right one if its okay with the store as we already opened the box. The cashier seems a new guy accept and exchange it with the right one. Then this jayson came and got mad with the counter guy saying “is this already open blah blah blah?! Putting his frustrations to poor counter guy instead of nicely talking to my husband if we are not allowed to return it, its okay. No need to be sarcastic in public. My husband still says thank you, but he just ignored him. Can your company enrol him for good manners specialized in customer service industry?
