Very poor customer service experience. The employee taking my order was extremely aggressive, got my Double Slider order wrong, and acted accusatory when I asked to fix it. Fortunately, the Filipina female staff member stepped in, handled the situation professionally, and made sure my order was corrected properly. I really appreciate her help and kindness, but the other employee’s attitude toward customers was completely unacceptable.

Once we finally got our food, it was good. Average KFC taste. The problem was that it took 30 minutes for our food to be ready. The staff were also unfriendly, not rude, but made no effort to please the customer. Overall a slightly annoying experience.
