The employees seemed to struggle with managing the crowd and keeping the orders organized. There were only around 5-8 orders ahead, but it still took more than 30 minutes for my sandwich and chicken pieces to be ready. I understand that busy periods can put pressure on the staff, but the team seemed underprepared to handle the volume of orders. Better organization, communication, and training would make a big difference in reducing the wait time. Halal chicken available is a major plus!
