  Stop here frequently. My order is never right. Can't understand workers and they cant understand me no matter how many times you explain what you want they give you the wrong thing my order hasnt been right the oast 5 times and the good quilty seems like things got cooked at 6am and aerved untill 3 pm ive been here. Im skipping stopping in golden for now on

  We stopped by for lunch today (June 20, 2025, around noon). There was no lineup in the drive-thru and the restaurant didn’t appear busy, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The employee taking our order came across as rude. My husband and I simply asked a question, and her response felt sarcastic and dismissive. She also seemed to be rushing us through our order, which made us feel unwelcome. We understand that everyone has busy days, but a little patience and courtesy would have made a big difference in our experience.

  Very disappointed. The front doors were so filthy that I seriously questioned the cleanliness of the entire restaurant. Instead of the usual smell of fried chicken, I was greeted by a strong curry odor, which was unexpected and off-putting. I decided not to take my chances on the food. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this one was not good.

  We were so disappointed. Took my two toddler grand kids to the Golden KFC. The restaurant was filthy. The food wasn't even palatable...chicken strips where not fresh..seemed they were left under a warming lamp or something. The fries were simulator in qaulity, dry and cold. The poutene was cold and thrown together. Disappointing waste of money!
