  Pharmacy is extremely unreliable. We got mistakes in our blister pack. We got medication switch with no advice. Medication fee were not disclosed. We are definitively switching pharmacy today. We would advise you NOT to use them.

  Every time I have an issue in the self checkout, Colleen is there to make me feel bad about it and provide no help whatsoever. Today, when I pointed out that the till at self checkout doesn’t actually show the sale price of items, she suggested if I was incapable of using the self checkout there are plenty of staffed tills. I suggest I will find another store to shop at where the associates aren’t so rude. This is not the first time she has sassed me. The 2 stars are for the pharmacy because they’re quite useful

  I was using the self-checkout with my family, who were visiting me from Europe. Since they do not speak English, a few honest misunderstandings happened while scanning our items. First, my sister accidentally picked organic, gluten-free pita bread instead of regular ones due to the language barrier. I kindly asked the cashier Robeen to remove the item, which she did. Next, while scanning steaks, I noticed the total price was much higher than expected. My sister didn't realize that prices in Canada are listed per pound rather than per kilogram. Apologizing for the trouble, I asked the cashier if she could remove the steaks so we could exchange them for a different option. Instead of being understanding, the employee approached us with a visible attitude and annoyed look, asking defensively, "Didn't you see the price?" I politely explained that we hadn't noticed. She then proceeded to delete the item with extreme hostility, rolling her eyes and abruptly asking, "Are you going to delete anything else?" Her tone and behavior were completely disrespectful and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Customers should never be shamed or confronted for making a mistake or asking for assistance. This kind of hostile customer service is entirely unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this attitude to ensure a more welcoming environment.

  Almost every time I go to save on I get followed by floor walkers or security. They have all seen me before and I have never stolen. I know 80% of the workers are nice and friendly but the other 20% seem to be always grumpy or just racist. I've ordered from the bakery for years but they seem to have lost their passion. I will probably be looking for birthday cakes elsewhere. Should be able to pay cash at self check out it would be way faster and more convenient. I still go to save on but it has been extremely disappointing lately.
