  Its a McDonald's, the staff here are generally great and get your order correct and hot. It has gotten more difficult to enter the property with recent road changes and the unhoused hanging around can also make entering the property difficult.

  I drove into the drive through may 6th at 9:30pm to get a mc crispy 50% off on my app offers and i was sitting in the drive through for about 3 minutes, a car pulls through to the other side and they immediately take their order. i mumbled something under my breathe, and finally a girl answers, she apologizes and says she was at the first window, and then asked what i would like to order, i look back at my code and she suddenly says "oh so now you don't want to order?" before i could apologize back. I said the code and she asks to repeat it and so I did, she sighs then says "what would you like to order?". I understand we all want to go home, but i'm not going to take attitude from a teenager, who doesn't even know what the app codes are. I left the drive through and went to wendy's instead. Who ever that was, please don't put her back on drive through.

  Employees clear order numbers before orders are ready thus faking their efficiency metrics. This practice angers & confuses customers. Corporate should step in and correct this behavior

  Rude staff did not respect any customer, manager and front memeber doesnt even listen and charge me for extra. They ask to not come back again.
