  I placed an order through Uber, and it was honestly one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I’ve ever had. When my order arrived, my Cinnabon Delights had no cinnamon sugar on them at all. I also paid for three extra cheese dips, and every single one was less than half full. To make things worse, my Cheesy Gordita Crunch barely had any beef in it. This was incredibly disappointing, especially considering I paid extra for some of these items. not sure how its possible to mess up this bad on a mobile order

  I am pretty bummed out about my experience last night at this Taco Bell :( I ordered a combo with two hard tacos and a little bean and rice burrito. I ordered one taco with chicken and one with beans. I waited nearly *40* minutes to get my food. My boyfriend ordered directly before me and ordered way more and he got his food in ~5 minutes. Multiple people who ordered after me got their food first. After receiving my food I realized my burrito wasn’t there so I had to go back in. And finally we had everything so we went home where I discovered that they put beef in my tacos instead of chicken/beans (I don’t eat beef). The guy running the front was really nice and seemed to be the only one making sure all the food got out but otherwise it was pretty disappointing. I hope they can improve

  Health inspector needs to shut this place down ASAP. I got food poisoning from a beach and cheese burrito. It was inedible and the only few bites I ate gave me food poisoning almost instantly. Disgusting place. The guy handing me food didn't even have gloves on. No manners either.

  DONT EAT HERE!!!!!! I'd give this 0/5 stars if i could. The worst staff experience I've ever had in my life and my hopes weren't high at all. Followed by the worst bean rice and cheese burrito ever, literally the easiest order, yet they messed it up. The rice was undercooked, hard, crunchy, and then the wrapper of the burrito was covered in a mysterious brown oil and the staff handing me food did not change his gloves at all when making the food and dealing with cash and then handed me my order with hands covered in sauce that got all over everything. Had to come back too because half the order was missing and they didn't care at all. It was bothering the staff that people wanted to order and it wasn't even busy. They have zero manners. Disgusting place that needs a health inspector to check on them.

  Ridiculous management! Went to this location for drive thru and the management is making their employees fill in service surveys for free fries. They ask you if you want free fries and ask for your phone then proceed to scan from your phone and fill out the service surveys themselves. The customers should fill out the service surveys not them! They shouldn’t be asking our phones in the first place. Instead they should let the customer determine the service… This location is trying to write false reviews to make up for its rating!
