  All the staff is not good, they are not working and the staff does not have the sense to speak.

  As Uber driver, cashier too busy chatting with guy running drive thru. My pickup order is sitting on back counter for 5 min. I ask us drink in bag? Yes she says. Guess what customer cancels because screws up order, no drink inside bag. Do you job and try to give a care.

  I am uncertain why a one-star rating is a prerequisite for submitting a review and comments. This particular Taco Bell/KFC establishment is quite unsatisfactory. One might expect fresh food after a wait, but regrettably, it was served cold. Rather than attempting to address the issue with staff, I opted to discard the meal and proceed to Taco Time, where the food is consistently prepared fresh. While it may be a more expensive option, the quality of the food is commendable.

  Worst fast food restaurant in the area. Twice they’ve completely messed up my order on multiple items and it appeared that they didn’t even check before sending it out. Not to mention the monotone and unfriendly drive-thru staff.

  Order was cold and took far too long to wait for cold food and bad service, not to mention the store was practically empty so it should not have taken long enough for the food to become cold. along with this, our drinks were forgotten and no napkins were offered.
