- MMMopy1 day ago1.0Noticed a dip in the quality of food. Use to come here a lot but kind of hard to eat the burritos now. The hot sauce shortage has been going on for a year now which is a big blow to the flavour aspect. Also noticed the queso is more watered down recently little to no flavour not worth getting. It’s unfortunate but I’m gonna have to go to chipotle until they figure their quality management out.

They had almost no flavor, barely any sauce, and tasted dry and bland. Three of the burritos were supposed to be chicken, but there was hardly any chicken inside. It honestly felt like I was eating mostly rice and vegetables. For the price, I expected much better quality and consistency. This was a complete letdown, especially when ordering for a group. I won’t be coming back unless they seriously improve their food and pay more attention to what they’re serving.

I went to the girl at the front counter to let them know about the bitter taste of the food. She behaved rudely and never considered the complaint. She gave an Unexpected reply that It’s ok I’ll taste it. Their food quality needs to be checked by the fraser health. This was my first visit to the mucho burrito and they made me feel like I should never come back here. From next time I’ll drive straight to the chipotle rather then going here.
