- RRRoundelRover554Sep 7, 20263.0I tried the chicken bowl. While the portion size was reasonable for around $14 and the bowl looked vibrant, colourful, and appetizing, the taste was disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of tanginess or acidity. There weren’t any noticeably sour pickled vegetables or other ingredients to balance the flavours, so everything blended together into an overall bland taste. The bowl looked much more flavourful than it actually tasted. Because there wasn’t enough contrast between the ingredients, it became difficult to enjoy and finish the entire bowl. The portion and presentation are good, but I think the ingredients and flavour combinations on the menu could be improved, especially by adding more tangy, pickled, or acidic elements to balance the bowl.
- KRKrystal RoseAug 26, 20264.0Mucho Burrito is my favorite place I'm a very regular customer I normally go to the 152nd location today I went to this location and I stood behind two people and when a group of people came in the lady helped them before myself when I asked her why when I was here first she said because they're a bigger group I made it very clear that that's incorrect it goes by who's there first that was very wrong for her to make me wait for a group over just helping me quickly when I was there first she couldn't even admit she was wrong and I'm pretty sure she was the manager I would have left if the other lady wasn't so kind also the male there was very kind as well but the lady who seems like the manager shouldn't be a manager she couldn't even admit that she's wrong or say sorry or anything. The other two very great customer service or Id would give five star
