  Went to get breakfast at 345a in the drive through. They said they don’t serve until 405a, fine. Ordered a cheeseburger and was told they aren’t serving any food. At a restaurant. Famous for serving food.

  The breakfast sandwich and coffee were both tasty and fresh, but would it hurt the staff to show a little friendly enthusiasm? You know you're there for the duration of your shift so you might as well make it as pleasant as you can.

  The staff member named Devin was very rude to me. He spoke loudly while taking my order and made me feel uncomfortable and discriminated against. The service was disrespectful and unprofessional. I did not feel welcome here

  Would give negative stars if possible. Worst food and customer service I’ve ever had. Ordered a breakfast burrito and thought I ate an egg shell but it was actually a fingernail. When called and spoke to manager she told me it isn’t possible and refused to give me her name or head offices phone number. And hung up on me three times trying to call back and request some service. She ended up giving me a name (the wrong one)! Great service Ladner. This why you have so many great reviews now adays. Been going down hill for a while now. Hope you hit bottom soon and fail or turn it back to the restaurant it used to be with previous ownership. By the way thanks Riya for your great service. You are extremely rude and shouldn’t be working in a public service industry. Got your real name finally after calling later and asking employee who is the manager, and being told the name you gave me doesn’t even work there.
