  Definitely the worst McDonald's in Vancouver. The place always smells because of the washroom issue or something. They always mess up the food, either the burger or the fries is always cold. So, despite it is near us, we always go to another McDonald's place. Tonight, we wanted to get Vanilla cones ice-creams and we thought there was no chance they could mess that one up! which they did. Despite there was no one else but me in the store, I had to wait for 10 minutes to get the ice-creams and then when they gave me the ice-creams they were already melted, as if they were left for 10 minutes in their kitchen and nobody wanted to give it to me! The other thing is that their self ordering kiosks is always out of order! Tonight, I put in the order with 3 of them, all of those gave errors when it came to payment and they didn't accept my order! But finally the fourth one worked and I bought those not-served-for-10-minute and already-melted ice-creams! They just don't care!

  I had not been to this location for about 9 years.Service at the front counter was slow and very disorganized.Afer I received my order I asked for more napkins the lady thought I was asking for the World she gave me 2 of them with a dirty look; Not Impressed.Maybe it in proximity again think twice about patronizing Scottsdale location

  Worst experience I ever had. She don’t know how to talk with the customer. She cencel my pickup order without any reason, because it was too crowded at that time. And she argued with me when I wanted to know the reason to cencel my order.

  Multiple occasions where drive thru not available with no warning. Ordered online for disabled neighbour who was then unable to pickup their food as they are confined to the vehicle. Very dissatisfied

  I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s today. My mobile order (#2133 placed on May 2, 2026 at 12:31 PM) was incomplete — I was missing my small fries in Happy Meal. When I approached the counter to let them know, the staff member named Param did not greet me or acknowledge me properly. She didn’t listen attentively and continued doing other tasks.she brought the missing fries, there was no apology, no smile, and her attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional. Customer service matters just as much as getting the order right. Mistakes can happen, but the way they are handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this experience felt careless and unpleasant.
