  Twice now I have gone and stood there for over 5 minutes to place an order and was completely ignored. When I do manage to order, it takes quite a bit of time to get the food, despite the place being empty. They'll often try to give me a drink cup even though I paid extra for a bottled drink. Cutlery is never included and I have to ask for it. Tables are always dirty, even though the place is always empty.

  Very slow and disappointing service. No one attended to the customers, and I was asked to place my order through the self-checkout kiosk. After ordering, I waited at least 20 minutes for my food, with no one checking on customers or even greeting them. The lack of customer service was extremely disappointing. Definitely one of the worst locations to visit if you want to order food. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the service.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at KFC Delta, thanks to Simar. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure my order was accurate and served quickly. Her positive attitude and great customer service made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The food was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. It’s employees like Simar who make customers want to come back. Highly recommend this KFC location!

  This location has been unable to fill any order I’ve made on time or with any accuracy. Calls are not answered, requests for consideration when I’ve been kept waiting up to 25 minutes past my order pick up time fall on deaf ears. Items are missing on virtualy every order. They have been out of coleslaw for months. I am unable to recommend this restaurant at all. They have disappointed me at every turn and KFC head office has completely failed to respond when I’ve tried to reach them. Very poor customer care

  Very disappointed with my experience at KFC. I had to wait more than 1 hour at drive thru and was told to come around, The service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed short & disorganized. I had to wait much longer than expected for my order, even though it wasn’t very busy. The food was cold and bad by the time I received it. Customer service and wait times definitely need improvement or place should be shut down.
