You can order online, and its closed when you arrive. They still charge you though. Even my mcdonalds back home has the decency of not scamming you Dispusting for theft unless refunded promptly. What a dump of a place

Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Customer Service Experience I am writing to express my serious disappointment regarding an extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful customer-service experience I recently had at the McDonald’s drive-thru. I visited the drive-thru expecting nothing more than a normal, respectful interaction. Unfortunately, the experience was completely different. The employee serving me was an Indian woman, and I mention this only to help management identify which employee I am referring to. My complaint is entirely about her conduct and the way I was treated as a customer, not about her background or ethnicity. I asked for an ice cream, and when she appeared to misunderstand me, she asked me to come to the window. From that point onward, I found her tone and attitude to be unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and arrogant. I understand that employees can be under pressure, particularly during a busy shift. However, I genuinely felt that she was experiencing significant work-related stress and was taking her frustration out on me as a customer. Whatever pressure an employee may be experiencing, it should never be directed toward customers. The situation became even more uncomfortable because she and another employee were smiling, exchanging looks, and making gestures toward each other. From my perspective as a customer standing at the window, their behavior made me feel as though I was being mocked or treated as a joke. I also want to be clear that I felt as though some of their behavior may have been directed at me because of my nationality. I cannot know for certain what they intended or what they were saying to each other, but the way they were looking at each other, smiling, and making gestures left me feeling singled out and mocked because of my nationality. Regardless of whether that was their intention, that is how the interaction made me feel, and it was humiliating and extremely uncomfortable. After receiving the ice cream, I was given the rest of my order. I politely asked whether tissues were provided with the ice cream. Instead of responding professionally, she arrogantly told me that the tissue was already in the bag. When she eventually handed me a tissue, the manner in which she gave it to me felt extremely dismissive, almost as if she was throwing it at me. This is not simply a complaint about a missing tissue or a misunderstanding. The serious issue is the overall attitude, tone, and lack of basic respect shown toward me as a paying customer. Customers are paying for food and service; they are not asking for a favor or begging for anything. Every customer deserves to be treated with basic dignity and professionalism, regardless of how busy the restaurant is, how stressful an employee's shift may be, or what the customer's nationality or background may be. I strongly encourage management to review this incident, speak with the employees involved, and address the appropriate customer-service standards with the staff. Employees representing a major brand such as McDonald’s should understand that their behavior at the window directly affects the customer's experience and the reputation of the entire restaurant. I left feeling deeply disrespected, singled out, and extremely uncomfortable. This was one of the worst customer-service experiences I have had at McDonald’s, and I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously rather than dismissing it as a simple misunderstanding. I would appreciate a response explaining how this matter will be reviewed and addressed.
