True Grain is an Old World inspired European bakery where the craft of the Miller and Baker are honed and cherished. Our passion is creating fresh, local, organic, handcrafted bread and pastries. We specialize in ancient grains from local organic farms which we stone mill into fresh, nutrient rich flour. We use time-honored recipes and old-world techniques to craft favorites like flaky French Croissants, authentic German Pretzels, glorious Cinnamon Buns, and hearty & wholesome wholegrain loaves.
