Most recently, I ordered a Big Mac with no meat — lettuce only — with mayonnaise substituted, specifically for my young child who cannot eat meat. When I arrived home, the burger contained meat, making it inedible for my child. This is not an isolated incident. A previous visit also required me to return to the restaurant to have an incorrect order corrected. At this point, the recurring nature of these errors goes beyond a simple mistake — it reflects a systemic lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer dietary needs. I strongly urge anyone visiting this location to thoroughly check their order before leaving the drive-through window. I genuinely hope management takes steps to address staff training and order accuracy, as this standard of service does not meet basic customer expectations.
