  I ordered a three-piece chicken meal and one piece of chicken was crispy and golden and the other two were wet looking and yellow. when I asked them to refry the yellow ones they said that's how the chicken is. I said it's not crispy. they informed me I didn't order crispy and that's the way KFC's chicken is. I told them I've had crispy chicken without ordering crispy chicken. that's the way it's advertised and they said this is how KFC always does it. I said no. I've been eating at KFC is since I was a child. please don't tell me this is the standard. it's not. I insisted they swapping the chicken and miraculously. they went back and came up with you that were golden like the first one I got... the girl that was working the counter was making screwy faces at me while I was telling her the chicken was not cooked properly.. as for the atmosphere.. absolutely every table there was dirty... this is the standard for fast food places in Canada it seems now

  Always my go-to spot for a quick and satisfying meal. The Zinger had the perfect amount of spice and crunch, and the fries were served hot and fresh. The staff was super friendly, and my order was ready in no time. Highly recommend stopping by here!

  30 minute wait for two Zingers because the lettuce they had had arrived “frozen” and the manager “went to Thrifty’s to get more”. Baffling. Neither fast, nor cheap, not good anymore! Go elsewhere.

  Absolutely disgusting experience. Found a hair in my fries, the tables were filthy with questionable stuff on them, and there were even rats walking around the place. Hygiene is clearly nonexistent. Never coming back.
