On top of that, the staff was rude and unhelpful. There was no apology for the delay or any effort to make things right. Overall, the service completely ruined the visit. Definitely not coming back to this location.
- DMD MathewsApr 15, 20261.0I have always wanted to try a Taco Bell, and decided to head to this one after it was renovated. Went in to order for me and the kids, and the store seemed nice and updated. Ordered at the Kiosk, however it gave an error and couldn't print the receipt. No big deal I thought, but was the first of a string of problems. When I went to pick up my order (over $50 for 3 of us), they didn't include one of my drinks. When I asked about it, they refused to provide it. I am sure I ordered it, and since I didn't have a receipt I was out of luck. Trying to communicate with the employee was a struggle and I gave up, but I didn't get what I paid for. When I got home, the food was extremely disappointing. Tacos were tiny, and so thin - barley anything in them. The taco salad looked disgusting, and my daughter thought it was blah. Between not getting what I ordered, employees struggling to communicate, and tiny portions of food for a large expense I won't go back. Better to have Taco's at home, you can do alot better both quality, expense, and flavour. Quite a disappointing experience, and won't go back.
