  Absolutely abhorrent service and people working here, spent 70 dollars on food at this location using Uber eats, never arrived, some random man calls me saying hes with Uber while I hear yelling and screaming in the background, while he tells me "he doesnt want to make your order again" who are we talking about? A single person? Isn't a crew suppose to be working there? I dont know who owns or runs this establishment but stealing 70 dollars and getting a random man to call me IS NOT OKAY, please do not eat or order here.

  ordered food from here on uber, waited 2 hours and apparently my order was stolen so the drivers kept switching every 2 minutes. since my order got stolen, the people working at this taco bell refused to make another because they “didn’t feel like it” got scammed out of $70. went here another time with my partner and mother-in-law, service was bad, awful communication. i recommend going somewhere else. worst taco bell i’ve ever been to

  Yet again, poor food & customer service & rude staff. Ordered pink Olivia Rodrigo drink & cup however received grey drink in boring regular Tacobell cup. Why to advertise & charge customers if not available at this location. Rodrigo fans be aware of this scam!

  They gave a "beef" chalupa when their kiosk clearly said "bean". And mind it, I and my friend are pure vegetarian. They didnt even apologize. I know it might not be a big deal for them. But thats the worst thing you could do to a vegetarian/vegan person. Kindly have some empathy. Its good for human.

  I just ordered dinner tonight for my son, who has ASD and eats a very limited selection of foods. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme combo with fries and apple juice, along with 2 extra fries and a Chalupa. Instead, we received a completely different order, and the only correct item was 1 Crunchwrap. This was supposed to be his dinner. I immediately raised my concern through the app and submitted three separate complaints, including photos of the order we received using the camera within the app, which successfully sent the photos through. I was requesting a full refund. Instead, they refunded the order but then charged me $18 for one Crunchwrap, even though a single Crunchwrap is listed at $9.29. After my fourth complaint, customer service asked me to send yet another photo. By this point, my son had already eaten the Crunchwrap because he was extremely hungry—it was already 9 PM and this was his dinner. The problem is that when you take a photo using the app’s camera, it does not save to your iPhone, so there was no additional photo available to send. I had already submitted photos of the order when we first received it, yet I was told they could not retrieve those photos and that I needed to take another one. When I explained the situation, the customer service representative abruptly ended the chat, leaving the issue completely unresolved. This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. This is not the first time this has happened. I have tried to overlook their previous mistakes, but this is now the fourth time, and I will not let it pass. The service from this location has been consistently inefficient and sloppy. If you are ordering from this store, double-check your order before relying on it for a meal, especially if you have dietary restrictions or specific food requirements.
