  terrible customer service, my boyfriend and i ordered in advanced to save time and it pick up. it said the food would be done at 7, we arrived a couple minutes before and they insisted on taking 2 people’s orders who were behind us first - even though we already ordered on the app and it was supposed to be being made. there was only one worker it seems, and no grill. i don’t understand how this location is still operating, absolutely awful. also noticed there’s no soup of the day, if you care.

  I go there most of the time. Today I got this and had the worse experience it’s literally burned after complaining about the quality nothing changed the staff remained rude and decided to go forward with the order even after letting them know multiple times the bread is practically burned!

  Parul name girl helped us in store. She gave us really good service. She made our sadwich according to how we wanted. She did everything with a smile. We will for sure come back 😊.

  Very disappointing experience. The restaurant closed before the posted closing time, and when we arrived, an employee clearly saw us and chose to ignore us instead of explaining or offering help. That’s extremely unprofessional. If you advertise certain hours, you should honor them and treat customers with basic respect. Wasted our time , That kind of behavior is rude and unprofessional.
