  I don't usually write reviews, but after seeing what I saw in the store I decided that I had to. I witnessed a manager (Who I later discovered was named Paula) berating a teenage girl until she started to cry. This really didn't sit well with me, but I was too anxious to speak up in the moment which I now regret. This has been on my mind for a while now, but if they treat all of their staff like this, something is seriously wrong there.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Maggie at Save-On-Foods. I completely understand that it’s her job to enforce the store’s policies, and I respect that. We simply weren’t aware of one of the store’s rules, and if it had been explained politely, there wouldn’t have been any issue. Instead, Maggie handled the situation in a very negative and disrespectful way. Rather than calmly explaining the policy once, she repeatedly brought up the same point several times, even after we understood. It felt like we were being scolded over a simple mistake, which was unnecessary and unprofessional. There is a respectful way to communicate with customers while still enforcing store policies. Unfortunately, this interaction left us feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. I hope management addresses this, because good customer service is about treating people with kindness and respect, even when correcting a mistake

  I’ve unfortunately had consistently disappointing experiences with every other pharmacist at this location, but Sunny has completely changed my impression. Every time I’ve dealt with him, he has been knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping. He takes the time to answer questions thoroughly, explains medications clearly, and never makes me feel rushed. It’s obvious that he cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I now specifically wait until Sunny is working because the quality of care is night and day compared to my previous experiences. This pharmacy is incredibly fortunate to have him. I can’t recommend Sunny enough.

  Absolutely ridiculous to have pre packaged ceasar salads and not supply the dressing. Don’t advertise that it’s ceasar salads when it’s just lettuce and croutons with no dressing. Also pre packaged salads were all packaged 5 days before, nothing was fresh from the day or even the day before.

  Was very excited to see that the Save On foods flyer was advertising that they had a sale on striploin steaks. I am disappointed though that the ad failed to mention that it was Products of Australia only. Nothing against Australian beef, but I find that I prefer the taste of Canadian AAA beef. Please include this information in future flyer ads
