  I’m honestly disappointed with this experience because I really like Papa Johns and order pizza pretty often. I recently moved to this area and was actually looking forward to having this location become my go-to. I ordered a large stuffed-crust pepperoni pizza through Uber Eats, but somehow received a completely plain cheese pizza instead. I understand that mistakes happen that’s not really what upset me. What bothered me was how the situation was handled afterward. I called the Papa Johns location directly just to let them know what happened and see if they could help. Instead of offering to remake the pizza, I was simply told to take it up with Uber Eats. Uber Eats ultimately didn’t resolve the issue either. At the end of the day, Papa Johns received the money for the order, and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect the restaurant to help make things right when the order that came out of their kitchen was completely different from what was ordered. And honestly, this isn’t about getting $30 back. I wanted the pizza I actually ordered. I would have been completely satisfied if someone had simply said, “Sorry about that, we’ll make you a fresh one.” That would have turned a frustrating mistake into a positive experience. I’m hoping management sees this because I’d genuinely like to keep ordering from Papa Johns. I would really appreciate management reaching out and offering to make this right with a fresh pizza. It’s not about getting something for free it’s about the fact that I paid for one pizza and received another, and nobody was willing to take ownership of fixing it. Unfortunately, this is now the first Papa Johns location I can’t give five stars to. I really hope management can change that.

  Nice that one can walk in at like 11 and get pizza. They're also very attentive and double check that you're ok with bacon which comes standard on their barbeque chicken pizza when you order over the phone. I love bacon personally but its good in case you have people who arent able or allowed to eat it.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this pizza place tonight. I returned because I was unhappy with the quality of the pizza, expecting at least a respectful conversation. Instead, I was met with an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude from a young male employee. Rather than listening to my concern or trying to resolve the issue, he responded in a disrespectful and dismissive manner, making the situation even worse. Customer service is just as important as food quality, and unfortunately, this place failed on both. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses this employee’s behavior. No customer should be treated this way simply for politely raising a concern about the quality of their order. This happened tonight, and I hope no other customer has to go through the same experience.
