  I ordered a drink, but the cup was filled with more ice than the actual drink. The fries were cold, dry, and tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time. Even the burger meat seemed undercooked. But honestly, those things weren’t even the main issue. The way customers were being treated was unbelievable. It felt more like walking into a fight than ordering food. My order was handed to me with attitude and aggression, and the whole experience was frustrating enough that I almost wanted to leave the food there and walk out. The only reason I didn’t was because I was starving.

  I had already clearly said from the beginning that I wanted my food to-go, and I paid for it properly. They still didn’t put my food in a bag and even gave me the wrong order. The money or the bag itself wasn’t the issue. It was the attitude and the disrespect. They charged me again for the bag, then slammed it on the counter, turned around with an attitude, and walked away instead of handling the situation professionally. That kind of behavior reflects badly not only on the employee, but also on the management of this location for allowing staff to treat customers this way.

  Not sure when it happened but the coffee is no longer good here, possibly all mcds but definitely here - very watery. I avoid the breakfast meals and muffin combo now.

  I have never in my whole life been so disappointed with a burger. There was about 5 shreds of lettuce that were brown wilted and soggy. The bottom bun was so hard I could knock on it! I couldn't even eat it. How can someone make that and be ok with giving it to a paying customer. I will never eat at this location again. For reference it was a mcchicken burger. Picked up last night around 10:30 through the drive thru. The effort to drive there then home then to open up your wrapper and see the most disappointing disgusting burger ever.

  I never thought I’d experience a half eaten meal being served to me at a restaurant. I ordered The hotcakes with a side of bacon. As a normal person would assume you’d expect the selling image to be an accurate reflection of the food you received and paid for. However, I was met with Bacon that was crumpled into bits and definitely not equivalent to the amount of bacon I paid for. I went up to the counter and politely asked for new bacon seen as it wasn’t even the right amount of bacon, and it looked eaten. That worker didn’t even acknowledge me, grabs the pancakes from my hand and brought it to her manager. I wish I could say my experience dealing with that manager was better, but if I did, I would be lying. She told me “it’s 3 1/2 pieces of bacon that’s how it’s supposed to be completely disregarding the fact that I have eyes and I saw that the preview image of the meal I ordered did not look like that. She refused Give me fresh bacon and did not exhibit. Any signs of customer service or any mindset of the customer is always right. I am so thoroughly disappointed with this service and i’ll never be returning to this location. Back to the reliable and consistent and polite A&W restaurant I go.
