  I went with my coworker to get lunch. I ordered two cheeseburger deluxe's with no tomato and two chicken snack wraps. I only got one cheeseburger and the wraps though. Its also just very slow service

  I bought an xtra large coffee and it tasted old and disgusting, I brought it back in and the supervisor gave me another one, which again tasted horrible. So I go back in and explain that there might be coffee urn cleaning chemical still residual in the urn, so he gives me another which again was disgusting, so I threw it out and went to another McDonald’s and I got the usual perfect coffee. The supervisor didn’t understand what I was saying and I had to repeat my code for points and my order 3 times. And coffee shouldn’t foam up, but let’s poison the customers!

  Service was good, workers were nice. I went through drive thru and all was well except for one complaint I had is they didn't fill my fries to cover the fry line on the back of the cardboard. There are yellow fries on the back of it and those were supposed to be covered and it wasn't even close. For a million dollar company I wasn't super happy about that. Otherwise the food was good.

  Ordered a meal with my husband and ended up waiting 15 minutes for our food. Meanwhile, they kept prioritizing drive-thru and delivery orders while ours just sat there on the counter. Ordered at 4:45 and didn’t get it until 5:03. The staff clearly saw me waiting and just stared back with zero urgency. There weren’t even other customers inside, so there’s really no excuse for that kind of delay. At other places, it never takes this long. This was just poor service all around.

  I was waiting for my food and standing at the counter I seen a lady drop like 8 mcchicken nugget boxes on the floor right next to her feet and she picked the boxes up and put them on top of the food preparing counter. Then she looked around like no body had seen her do that 1 second later she put them back into the shelf. A another guy comes back and there is some lettuce on that exact same area and sweeps it back into the lettuce box and starts preparing big Mac’s. The lady or guy did not wash there hands after touching the dirty surface or boxes and someone ordered the chicken nuggets and the lady takes the boxes she dropped on the floor to put chicken nuggets I was so shocked and afraid that my order was going to be prepared after that but my burgers were already made and just getting packed for me So digested I will never eat McDonald’s again
