  Always seems to forget at least one thing from our order everytime and always forgets a toy for happy meals. 😞 food is always good though.

  Terrible delivery experience. At 2 o’clock in the morning, we received someone else’s order instead of our own, and instead of resolving the issue properly, we had to drive to the nearest McDonald’s ourselves to get the correct food. We basically paid for delivery and still had to do the delivery job ourselves. This was a huge inconvenience and a waste of time and gas, especially that late at night. Very unprofessional service. Definitely not worth it.

  I went here a couple of month ago to get some quick food and I was double charged for my one meal, even though I double checked with the staff that it wouldnt be. I have since tried to get a refund for several months and I keep being brushed off being told that they cannot refund. Now my messages are being ignored completely. If i could give 0 stars I would.

  Ordered with koisk didnt print receipt they still gave me food missed a sausage n egg mc muffin and missing diet code drink they scammed me

  Have had to address MULTIPLE times with this location, to the manager, to even someone who identified themselves as an area manager, to head office, and they aren't getting it. Aside from multiple messed up orders (as though instructions are optional), they have been cheating their service time standards CONSISTENTLY and clearing orders long before they are to the customer's hands (which is not allowed, by the way). On Christmas Eve they did that and forgot to hand me my order (probably because they long cleared it). They do this constantly to my partner as well, and after they did it AGAIN this morning I don't know why I ever thought they'd be different.
