  This DQ is so cheap. got a fudge sundae and got the smallest amount of fudge i have ever seen. asked for more and they did provide more fudge but so little the first time

  Ordered birthday cake 4 days ago. Went to pick up 2 hours after the scheduled time and despite a very clear confirmation email, the staff had zero clue about the order. Thanks DQ for the generic response. I don't really have a way to "enjoy" a visit when we pick up a very simple cake that you had over 2 days to get correct. So not only aren't you listening to your clients, you aren't reading the review or correcting a problem.

  Completely useless place, their gift card reader has been broken for years and they never have had it fixed, along with they are always sold out of something you want. Honestly use any dq but this one, don't reward poor management and service

  The orange juice in this store was not fresh made. I went to the store in the afternoon and order a cup of orange juice. I got the juice from a container. The woman working in the store said they made it every morning.
