After reading all the comments I realized the guy who made my sandwich the first time wasn't the guy who everyone is talking about. Because I've been there several times since and the same polite, super friendly, attentive sandwich artist has made my food and it's been great every time. He knows most of my order after only a few times coming in. I'll also admit, my fors toder was a mistake, and not the fault of the employee. Note that the veggie patty isn't great. A veggie sub with just veg is great though. And toasting the bread leaves it pretty dry. I've learned and changed my order, and it's been great every since.
