  I've shopped here alot and im not coming back after they falsely searched my fiances purse thinking she was stealing and did not apologize when they were wrong, sad unacceptable behavior towards customers

  We enjoy the convenience of the store. It’s always clean & the staff are helpful & friendly…. & Wendy is a gem at the bar, a master at her craft & so fun to chat with! Food at the bar is pretty good too!!

  Quality foods alcohol bar is the main use I have of the organization which I find a very good social venue to relax and meet new people . The staff are particularly helpful and considerate and those staff such as Dean and Wendy and bobby are to be commended for the work they do and their consideration for my partner and myself when we visit. I would and have recommended friends and neighbours to use the bar for a drink and say hello to other users. Thank you for this opportunity to recommenced the staff

  Please provide the poor pub staff with a chit system!! The system for getting orders to the kitchen blows my mind: the servers write the wing-flavour order on paper, put it in a bucket, eventually walk the bucket of orders to the kitchen, and then it is a mystery from there. The poor servers don't have time to do this, and it has resulted in them losing our order, other times we have waited an hour for our wings because they brought it to the wrong table, and just other confusion and mishaps - this is on about 4-5 separate visits. Please provide the poor staff with a chit system so the bartenders can input the order into the point-of-sales machine, and it prints in the kitchen, as all other restaurants do. This would be so much more efficient, resulting in happier staff and clients. I live close to the Royal Bay (Colwood) location and we would love to make this our go-to spot for a drink, however we have had so many bad experiences with the service. I am not blaming the staff; I feel bad for them as they are usually quite pleasant, the pub is super understaffed on busy wing Wednesdays, they probably make very little in tips compared to a usual bar setting, and I think there is a very simple solution to what I and many others have experienced based on the honest Google reviews. Edit: I emailed QF *before* I posted this, knowing they would say to do so, but no reply almost 2 weeks later
