  Bonny R made some hateful remarks towards my mother and informed her to be thankful she’s in Canada now, after my mother simply greeted her at the till and said “ it’s nice and cool inside the store”. My mother spoke to the store manager sheldon regarding the matter, and he was quite kind and supportive. Most of the staff at this location is really kind but this one individual kind of ruined my Mother’s whole Day. I hope that a hateful and bitter person like this is removed from this location, as I’m sure if this continues, she will cause customers to stop coming here.

  Josh in the deli department deserves five stars and probably his own sandwich named after him. He deserves a raise, a trophy, and possibly his own parking spot. He’s always friendly, helpful, and somehow manages to stay positive even during busy rushes. Whether you’re asking for recommendations, ordering something specific, or just standing there trying to decide what to eat, Josh makes the experience enjoyable. Thanks, Josh, for making grocery shopping a little more fun! 🥪👏😊

  Been shopping at a big box grocery store for decades now yet I decided to continue to shop smart & give my business to a local grocery store as this location. It was so easy and stress free to shop the aisles today and in no time along with the fact lanes were not “traffic jams”where people with grocery carts are waiting to pass as people picking online orders take up space nor ignore people trying to shop. There was a staff member at this location today picking online orders ( at least one ) yet she was professional enough to not be in the way of people shopping. Rang my groceries in with Chris M. and he was a delight to chat with while he rang in my order. He even offered to bag my groceries which I’m so not used to. Very helpful and above and beyond excellent customer service ! Many times staff don’t even acknowledge you where I used to shop at. Look forward to continue shopping here for the best grocery store experience. Staff in the store overall make customers feel welcome. This starts with the security guard that you hear singing at times / warmly greets you and gives a friendly good bye to the people at customer service who give a smile or tell you to have a great day :)
