  Prabh is cool! I went to get a sub for my camping trip with friends and asked for sauce on the side as I didn’t want my sub to be soggy in the morning and she even separated the tomatoes into a container as well. She works with extra care. Great service !

  Prabh was excellent, you could see the care she put into her work and was engaging with us. We were heading on a camping trip and she battered to us so well. Promote this woman! ❤️

  WARNING DO NOT GO TO LUCKACUK SUBWAY —- Absolutely horrible horrible customer service at this location. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at This specific subway. I have never written a review about them before, but after my experience yesterday. Would like to warn people. Previously almost a year ago, I had purchased some subs for my niece And nephew and the subs were made wrong, so I had called in and spoken to someone and it explained to them that the subs are very sloppy With Care, and that there was items we had paid for that were not on the sub, Which was bacon, which was added to my niece’s sub. After speaking to a few different people and being very rudely treated, I was finally told I was allowed to come in My subs remade. Fast-forward to yesterday, I had placed an online order for the family I was on my way after work to pick it up. I realized I had ordered at this location when I meant to order at another location Because I have not been to this location in over a year again due to the customer service. I was on the phone constantly calling for 15 minutes before someone answered A lady had answered the phone and I had asked her if on my pick up order Was able to put the sauce on the side and for the other orders which were already made I had just asked if we can make sure that they are not sloppy and over sauced how they have been in the past Courteous to the customer the lady said she refuses to make the subs and asked me why I returned to her location if I have a problem and all I asked for was for sauce on the side instead of on the sub, and if the subs that she had already made That they were not over sauced and made nicely not sloppy . After already placed in an order and paying for my subs online, she cancelled the order and told me She is not making them, and when I asked her for her name, she hung up the phone on me. She did text me the receipt showing that she cancelled the orders And I thanked her, and when I asked her for her name, she read the message and did not respond. All of Chilliwack this Is the only Subway® that gives absolute garbage customer service the staff is rude. The subway franchise should really look into this restaurant As they are ruining the Subway® name. I will tell people Sardis Customer service is 100% better And They actually take care and pride and making their subs and making their customers happy

  Absolutely rude workers there. My wife and I ordered some sandwiches and my wife had just called to confirm that they do not put extra sauce on our sandwiches. The lady that amswered the phone bluntly said to my wife "if you dont like our sandwiches dont order from here and cancelled both our orders. Our last experience here was horrible. So we decided to give them a chance. And i guess that was a no go. I highly recommend not to go to this location as there service is absolutely unacceptable. As a customer the employees should always make the customer feel welcomed and not so rude and hanging up the phone while talking. If you wanna get a good clean sub and great service, Sardis on vedder Subway is the best!!
