Limited accessibility for anyone with disabilities. For those persons who have mobility issues, but are not in a wheelchair, there is an electric scooter to use in the store. However, when I walk into the store, I do so in a lot of pain and instead of having the electric scooter conveniently located, they have it near the customer service area which is blocked off by Massive amounts of junk food. You have to walk around The wall of junk food Which is stacked very high. Go through the checkout Machines walk around and get the scooter. Because they jammed into the corner behind pillars and tables. It is a chore to get it out. A couple of occasions I did ask for assistance, and apparently they thought I was asking them to do something absolutely heinous because of the reaction I got. Not friendly at all. Most of the staff are very nice and friendly and can be helpful, but there's not a lot of that from the management of the store. The store just isn't inclusive. It could be argued as well that when they line the sidewalks with extra product such as Christmas trees or garden supplies in the summer people have to walk on the street to get around it to get into the store. That is a safety issue. I have the impression that the store manager thoughts as a business person are not well tuned to today's world of inclusivity, accessibility, and safety.

After many years of bad service, specifically at the Bakery section, we will gladly take our business elsewhere. Treating customers like they are an inconvenience is not a good experience to continually receive.

Absolutely a ridiculous store. Prices are double if not triple anywhere else on everything. I can't believe they are still in business and there is so many of them.

They never ever ever have anything that's a special item from the flyer. The other location in Chilliwack will but for some reason this location picks and chooses what they want to offer. Example: Saskatoon berry creme pie that has been in the flyer twice in the past month but isn't at this location but is at the Cottonwood one. I won't be contacting you guys to explain the issue. Just offer what the flyer says you're supposed to.
